You may already be a big fan of The Cheeky Pup and Tony's in Quinta Shopping or the Bold Octopus on Ancão beach. The inspiring owners behind these establishments will now be launching a new restaurant, Botanico. Luke Begley caught up with their executive chef, Josh Plunkett to tell us more about what we can expect from this exciting new venture.
